- 1 / 5By klance2This place is bad. I have never seen an establishment that has as many incompetent employees as this one. The children that work there cannot count money, they cannot follow simple instruction, they cannot remember orders, and they lack any form of simple customer service like the ability to just say "Hi how are you" or "Thank you". I am only 28 but if this is the new generation of workers coming up then we are screwed. I have had more than one experience like this at the same establishment so I feel this review is justified. I rarely eat fast food but when I do I still expect better service than this. There may be some hard / decent workers at this facility and if so I do not want to take anything away from the recognition they deserve. Please just hire more competent kids to run your facility. I know it's Toccoa GA but there HAS to be better quality workers than this in the area.September 23, 2016
